How to Work With Alison
Step 1: Begin with a Life Activation
All of the energy healing work I offer begins with a Life Activation.
This 22-strand spiritual DNA Activation is the foundational session in our work together. It awakens your divine blueprint and heightens your connection with your Higher Self. The Life Activation also empowers you to maximize your potential to bring forth unrevealed talents and abilities, provides more vitality and clarity, and brings more Light into your physical and energetic bodies.
*Life Activation is a prerequisite for other advanced healing work.
Step 2: Custom Healing Plan
After your activation, you may choose to continue with 1:1 healing sessions to support your growth and integration.
Healing sessions may include:
These sessions help with everything from nervous system regulation, emotional processing, energetic hygiene, and spiritual clarity.
You can book:
1) Individual sessions or
2) Healing packages for deeper and more consistent support
Step 3: Come to a Meditation Class
Alongside your private sessions, you’re welcome to step into a growing meditation community designed to support your path.
Within this space, you’ll find guided meditation experiences and meaningful connections with others on a similar journey. These gatherings are a powerful way to deepen and integrate the work we begin together in your one-on-one sessions.
Step 4: Empower Thyself Initiation
We are so lucky to have Yoko in New York City who is always teaching Empower Thyself Initiation. Yoko is a Senior Guide, International Kabbalah Instructor, Master Healer, and 3rd step Celtic Shaman Ritual Master in the Modern Mystery School.
Initiation means to begin, and this initiation is a new beginning. Initiation is a lifelong unfolding of your soul, in a non-religious spiritual system, where you begin to ground your spiritual true essence into your physical life. You begin a whole new level of real results and progress toward your higher life goals, eventually coming to KNOW THYSELF. With the beauty of that infinite knowledge of who you really are, you can create a life of true meaning, value, and service to all.
